Lead Pastor
Pastor Bill & Peggy have actively served in church ministry for more than 30 years. Pastor Bill & Peggy believe we are created in the image of Christ and that our hope is in Him. Pastor was a Worship Leader for many years before accepting the call to serve as Senior Pastor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology and was ordained through Evangel Fellowship International (EFI) in 1999. He currently serves as the NC Central Regional Representative and serves on the Board of Directors of EFI.
Pastor Bill will be transitioning into a new role in the Spring of 2026 as Pastor Emeritus.

Pastor Darren and Rosalie
Administrative Pastor
Aided by his wife Rosalie and their children, Pastor Darren has spent more than 20 years ministering to children. A graduate of Liberty University with his MA in Management & Leadership, and a graduate Christian Life School of Theology with a M.Th, Pastor D oversees the day to day operations here at Image Church. Pastor Darren is working alongside Pastor Matt in the transition of Image to a new season of Ministry. Pastor Darren will join Pastor Matt as Co-Lead Pastor in the Spring of 2026.

Associate Pastor
Aided by his wife Emily and their five children, Matt has served as our Youth Pastor in the past and has been an active member of our mission teams. Matt has recently returned to Image and is part of the transition team that is leading Image to a new season of Ministry. Pastor Matt will join Pastor Darren as a Co-Lead Pastor in the Spring of 2026.
Kevin and Tiffany
Worship Leader
Aided by his wife Tiffany and their two children, Kevin has been leading our worship team here at Image Church for the past decade. Our contemporary worship seeks to bring glory to God and prepare hearts to receive blessings from the reading and teaching of the Word.
Caleb Michalek
Youth Leader
Caleb is an amazing youth leader who has a heart for both ministry and his community. Originally from Virginia, he now works as a Clinical Trials Manager, but he doesn't let his busy career get in the way of his passion for serving. Caleb is also a key part of our worship team, using his talents to lead others in praise and worship. As our youth leader, he’s dedicated to guiding the next generation in their faith and helping them grow closer to Jesus. His genuine care for the youth and his ability to connect with them makes him an outstanding leader and a great example of what it means to live out your faith in every area of life.
Amy Pallassino
IKIDZ Director
Ms. Amy has ministered to kids all her life! From being an elementary school teacher to her current role as a preschool teacher at Image Christian Preschool, she has dedicated herself to shaping young minds and hearts. She does an awesome job leading our IKIDZ to a greater knowledge of Jesus, creating a nurturing and encouraging environment where children thrive spiritually. Outside of her teaching, Ms. Amy is also a loving mother to two daughters, which adds to her deep understanding and compassion for young ones. Her passion for both family and ministry makes her an incredible role model to all who know her.
