Aided by his wife Emily and their five children, Matt has served as our Youth Pastor in the past and has been an active member of our mission teams. Matt & Emily have a heart to reach the community for Christ and have spent their entire married life loving those who are often forgotten.
Pastor Darren and Rosalie
Co-Senior Pastor
Aided by his wife Rosalie and their children, Pastor Darren has spent more than 20 years ministering to children and adults. A graduate of Liberty University with his MA in Management & Leadership, and a graduate Christian Life School of Theology with a M.Th., Pastor D & Rosalie have been faithful "behind the scenes" for over 15 years here at Image and as of April 2026 Pastor Darren is one of the co-lead pastors.
Kevin and Tiffany
Worship Leader
Aided by his wife Tiffany and their two children, Kevin has been leading our worship team here at Image Church for the past decade. Our contemporary worship seeks to bring glory to God and prepare hearts to receive blessings from the reading and teaching of the Word.
Caleb Michalek
Youth Leader
Caleb is an amazing youth leader who has a heart for both ministry and his community. Originally from Virginia, he now works as a Clinical Trials Manager, but he doesn't let his busy career get in the way of his passion for serving. Caleb is also a key part of our worship team, using his talents to lead others in praise and worship. As our youth leader, he’s dedicated to guiding the next generation in their faith and helping them grow closer to Jesus. His genuine care for the youth and his ability to connect with them makes him an outstanding leader and a great example of what it means to live out your faith in every area of life.
Amy Pallassino
IKIDZ Director
Ms. Amy has ministered to kids all her life! From being an elementary school teacher to her current role as a preschool teacher at Image Christian Preschool, she has dedicated herself to shaping young minds and hearts. She does an awesome job leading our IKIDZ to a greater knowledge of Jesus, creating a nurturing and encouraging environment where children thrive spiritually. Outside of her teaching, Ms. Amy is also a loving mother to two daughters, which adds to her deep understanding and compassion for young ones. Her passion for both family and ministry makes her an incredible role model to all who know her.
Pastor Bill & Peggy
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Bill & Peggy have actively served in church ministry for more than 30 years. Pastor Bill & Peggy believe we are created in the image of Christ and that our hope is in Him. Pastor was a Worship Leader for many years before accepting the call to serve as Senior Pastor. After over 20 years as Lead Pastor, Bill transistioned to Pastor Emeritus in April, 2026.
